Add a Secondary Time Zone to Outlook Calendar

Do you have members of your team that are located in a different time zone than you? Do you want a way to quickly see what the time is in their location in order to set up a meeting?

You can set up a secondary time zone to display next to your current time zone in your Outlook calendar. It will appear side by side.

Ensure you are in your Calendar in Outlook. Go to your File tab if you are in an Outlook version 2013 and select Options. For other versions, you will need to open your Outlook Options menu.

Navigate to the Calendar tab.

Scroll down to Time zones and check the box to show a second time zone.

Enter a custom name for this second time zone, and then proceed to select the time zone for your team members.
